Dalstrong Elite Rewards is our loyalty program where you earn points for shopping, reviewing verified purchases, referring friends, and engaging with the brand. Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, and exclusive perks.

Our loyalty program is open to all customers. Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled, and you can view your rewards hub from your account.

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent (Bronze/Silver) and 2 points for every $1 spent (Gold/Platinum). (Tax value or gift card deductions are not included)

Yes — past purchases contribute to your lifetime spend and help determine your tier. Please note, our rewards program launched on May, 19th 2023; and therefore points were not tracked before this date.

Points are issued 7–14 days after your order is delivered.

You will receive points from referring a friend after our 7 day approval period once they complete their purchase. These codes can be used bynew customers only.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points; check back within 24 hours to see your updated balance.

You may not have earned points if:

The review wasn’t for a verified purchase

You already reached your annual 3-review reward limit

The review didn’t meet platform requirements

The product was refunded or canceled

You may earn 50 points per verified review, with a maximum of 3 review rewards per year.

Points may be adjusted if:

An order was canceled or refunded
Points expired due to inactivity
Fraud protections were triggered
Duplicate or invalid actions were detected

Log in and visit your Rewards Dashboard to view your points, rewards, tier level, and activity history.

No — loyalty rewards cannot be stacked with promo codes.

Only one type of discount may be applied per order.

Yes — you can redeem up to $50 per order.

Yes — reward redemption requires a minimum cart subtotal of $100.

200 points = $10
300 points = $15
400 points = $20
1000 points = $50

You can redeem points for rewards inside your Rewards Dashboard.

Rewards apply as discounts to your order subtotal.

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Any purchase resets the clock.

Your tier status depends on your activity over a period of 12 months.
