Bronze and Silver members earn one point per dollar spent. Gold members and above earn two points for every dollar spent. (Tax value or gift card deductions are not included)
We appreciate your business, and this is one of the ways we can give back. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, such as following our social channels, signing up for Dalstrong Elite, and more. The more points you earn, the more rewards you’ll be able to redeem!
Our loyalty program is open to all US based customers. Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled, and you can view your rewards hub from your account.
You earn points when you create an account, sign up for Dalstrong Elite or SMS, make purchases, follow our social channels, refer friends, and review products. To see details about earning points, click the “Earn Points” tab.
Some actions can only be repeated once every six months. These include subscribing to our social channels and mailing lists.
Our rewards program launched on May, 19th 2023. Points were not tracked before this date.
Only purchases on Dalstrong.com earn points. Amazon will not accept Reward Points from other platforms.
If you are logged in with the same email you applied with, your point balance will show at the top of the page, right below the header.
Select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer and can make your selection. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward with any eligible purchases.

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately. Pending: There is a 30 day approval period after every purchase before your points are verified and deposited in your account. Check back within 30 days to see your approved balance post-purchase. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel or return a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled, or be subtracted from your current balance if your return is after the 30 day approval window).

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points; check back within 24 hours to see your updated balance.
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at email@example.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
Simply contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

Yes, points expire 12 months after your most recent purchase.
Your tier status depends on your activity over a period of 12 months.
No, we offer $10, $15, $20, and $50 discount redemptions.
You will receive points from referring a friend after our 7 day approval period once they complete their purchase. These codes can be used by new customers only.
Leaving a Review
Through our Loyalty Program, you can leave one review per day on a verified purchase.
There is no overall limit to the number of reviews you can submit through our Loyalty Program. Feel free to share your feedback based on verified purchases.
No, reviews submitted through the Loyalty Program should be based on verified purchases only. We appreciate your genuine experiences with the products you have bought and used.
As long as your review is based on a verified purchase, you can review any product available for purchase on our platform. Your honest feedback is valuable to us.
