The low-maintenance surface of our Dalstrong Infinity Series Cutting Board is smooth and does not absorb water, making it both dishwasher-safe and mold resistant.

Be sure not to place hot pots or pans on top of your Dalstrong Infinity Series Cutting Board. While the eco-friendly wood fiber material is highly durable, it's not intended for hot surfaces.
