What does the warranty cover?

Dalstrong offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and construction under proper use and maintenance. Coverage depends on the product and the applicable policy. Read the full warranty policy.

What isn’t covered?

The policy excludes normal wear, rust, improper use or maintenance, accidents, and loss or theft. The warranty is non-transferable. Registration doesn’t extend or expand this coverage.

Do I have to sign up for offers?

No. You can finish with either choice, and unsubscribe from marketing anytime. Warranty coverage remains subject to the published policy.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email info@dalstrong.com with your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy. This form records your product; it does not open a warranty claim.
