It features built in underside handle cutouts, a underside plate cutout for scraps, and even a drip ditch around the edges to keep you from making a mess. The Dalstrong logo etched into the middle is also a nice touch. Be sure to apply some board oil and beeswax cutting board wax regularly and this board will last for many years!"
