"Supposed to be sharp out of the box. I spent a solid hour in two 30 minute sessions and can't even cut a tomato with this thing. Gonna see if I can reach out to customer support. I wouldn't pay $1 for a knife this dull, but at least I would expect it at that price. $40 for a knife that wouldn't cut my finger even if I tried. . . . . no thanks. Edit: switching to 5 stars. Dalstrong support is top notch. They had me a new knife in like 3 days and, holy moly, this thing is SHARP! Honestly, sharpest knife out of the box I’ve ever owned. Not sure what happened with the first one, but they made me a happy and soon to be repeat customer. Thank you team Dalstrong!"
