Wood & Resin Handle
Wield A One of a Kind
Yours and yours alone.
Each resin and wood motif is cast differently from the last, making each a little unique.
Built to last.
The resin coating resists scratches, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Stabilized, impact-absorbing wood stays as work-hungry as you, and lasts for the long haul.
Custom Spine Jimping
A Viking Touch And An Unyielding Grip
Stay in control.
The artistic jimping on the spine adds to the Valhalla spirit, while allowing you extra security when working with a fingertip grip for more delicate tasks.
Sandblasted Frosted Finish
Silky Smooth Slicing
All the performance specs without the maintenance needs.
5 layers of razor sharp, ultra-tough 9CR18MOV stainless steel keeps you ever-ready for battle.
Everyday use without the need for everyday honing.
9CR18MOV is lauded for its toughness and ability to hold an edge.
Resists corrosion like few other steels.
Expose it to acidic foods, humid kitchens and moist work surfaces without fear of tarnishing.
Sloped Hybrid Bolster
Grip Up Like A Pro
Choose comfort.
The pinch grip – the mark of a chef who knows how to handle a knife – is made easy here. Work with pure control and comfort without aggravating your thumb or your knuckles.
Built Tough
Depend On It For An Eternity
Work all day if you want.
A mosaic rivet and stainless steel end cap lock your blade in place for life. The end cap also serves as a counterweight to the blade so you can work with optimum control at all times – it won’t weigh you down.
Sandblasted Frosted Finish
Silky Smooth Slicing
Friction-free.
The sandblasted frosted finish creates a silky slicing experience, allowing you to glide through food with minimal drag.
Surgical sharpness.
The ultra-acute 8-12° blade edge promotes wafer-thin slicing and dicing. You'll sail through heavy proteins and blitz through veggie prep with searing precision.

Go All In On Greatness
D3™ Sharpening
The Outer Bounds of Sharpness
Sharpness, resilience, lasting reliability.
Everything you need in a blade. Dalstrong Diamond Detailing (D3™) brings your blade to the sharpest possible edge.
The perfect balance.
D3™ Sharpening meticulously grinds, polishes and hones the blade both horizontally and vertically to create a scalpel-like edge that withstands the rigors of daily use.
Time-tested meets innovation. Fusing modern technology with the time-tested Japanese Honbazuke technique, our three-step treatment ensures ruthless sharpness that lasts the distance.
Rigorously tested.
Every blade undergoes multi-stage testing to guarantee razor-sharp quality and performance right out of the box.
Dalstrong LionShield™ Treatment
Built For Real Work
Heat hardened.
Every blade is exposed to extreme heat to drastically enhance its hardness and toughness.
It’ll always show up.
Your blade is conditioned to resist rusting, neutralize chipping, and stand up to years of daily labor.
Sub-zero toughened.
Then, it meets sub-zero temperatures to fortify the steel’s microstructure, increasing its corrosion and rust resistance, and radically boosting edge-retention.
The new benchmark.
An advanced thermo-and-cryo treatment, Dalstrong's LionShield™ treatment is the new benchmark in blade longevity and resilience.
