"There’s nothing diminutive about Dalstrong products. It’s why I have a Dalstrong kitchen now. Several knives, a few cutting boards, and now these graters. The coarse wide cheese grater makes it easy to grate up some sharp cheddar, manchego, Gruyère, pepperjack, etc. Tired of the low quality pre-shredded cheeses in a bag? Get this Professional Coarse Wide Cheese Grater from Dalstrong and in a few easy minutes you’ll have a nice mound of high quality shredded cheeses in for whatever recipe you’re making. It works similar to a box grater but with no box it’s a lot easier to just grate into a plate or bowl. Watch your fingers, btw. It’s sharp! I use a Kevlar glove but I only need one of them. I have the full set of graters. Different ones are better for different purposes but they all work very well. I couldn’t be happier! I’m sure you can do carrots, celery, onions, even garlic. I haven’t but I’m sure this coarse wide grater will do the job. If you’re on the fence, jump off and get one for yourself!"

"I ordered this for my mom for Mothers Day. Quality seemed great. I should have done a little more research though because it was smaller than I expected. Also, being marketed as “coarse grate” is a stretch in my opinion. She wanted a hand held grater for medium cheeses, but when she put it next to her microplane the teeth were almost the same. Return process couldn’t be easier though. Excellent communication, and the filetknife I bought at the same time is exceptional."
