Handle is study and well made but I do wish they were a little bit bigger. I would of appreciated a longer handle for bigger hands. I know it has no influence on the quality or taste of the steak but when sitting down to eat a beautiful cut of meat with a high quality knife. . . it just makes it a better experience. Thanks Dalstrong. Dalstrong occasionally has these 4 on sale for $140. 00. . . which IMO is a fantastic deal."
