What actually arrives in each kit?+

Firestarter includes the four-piece Katalyst set. Pitmaster adds the four-piece Gladiator knife set. Full Station adds the 10-inch Gladiator honing steel. These are existing Dalstrong products added together to your cart; they may arrive in separate product packaging.

Does the honing steel replace a sharpener?+

Honing realigns a knife’s edge between sharpenings. It does not replace sharpening a dull or damaged blade. Use controlled strokes at the knife’s recommended honing angle and follow the care instructions for each knife.
