We offer an industry record-length 120-day full money back guarantee (including the shipping) and a limited lifetime warranty.

Dalstrong has a lifetime warranty guarantee for our cutlery against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use (dropping, cutting hard surfaces, prying, etc.), improper maintenance, accidents, or loss or theft.

If you ever have any issues with any Dalstrong products, simply send us a message with your Order ID along with any images of your concern and we will be pleased to assist you.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. If you have any questions or concerns about Return Shipping, please contact our Customer Service here.
