Our average delivery time is 3-5 days. Shipping is free.

All locations qualify for free shipping. However, locations like Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. and APO Boxes, and some rural and new developments may receive standard shipping which has an average delivery time of 8 days.

If the quality of one of our items does not meet your expectations, we will provide a refund or exchange.

We can only provide guarantees for items purchased directly from Dalstrong.

We use UPS and you will get email notifications at every stage of the shipment process to make tracking easy.

There are a few things that would void our lifetime guarantee:

  • Damage from improper use, care, or storage. Each product comes with use and care guidelines which explain on the proper care of each product to ensure the longevity of the product.
  • Any damage incurred through an accident, such as dropping.
  • Any products which have been independently engraved are not covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

FREE RETURNS

Yes, in the unlikely event that you don’t love your Dalstrong product we will cover the cost of returns and provide a pre-paid label with instructions.
