Born and raised in Ireland, Kris caught the travel bug early in life and has since lived in Chicago, Toronto, and most
recently Montreal. He enjoys exploring different restaurants and cuisines, and one of his proudest accomplishments is
visiting 14 countries in 21 days while using the cost of local food as a currency converter. He is on a mission to prove
that he can handle spicy food, currently a losing battle.
Kris has been editing blog content at Dalstrong since 2020 and finds it difficult not to cook every recipe a writer sends his way. His Dalstrong collection consists of knives from 6 different series…so far.
