The Dalstrong Gladiator Series 3.75" serrated paring knife is a saw-tooth master of precision, with a small narrow blade that tapers to a point. This highly versatile blade is ideal for tough-skinned fruit and vegetables with soft interiors, small crusty loaves, and dried or tough meats. The blade is also suited for detailed cutting and scoring patterns and designs on surfaces of food. Featuring a beautiful, ergonomic and ambidextrous imported black G10 Garolite handle imported from Spain (laminated for extra strength, sanitation, and water/stain resistance) the knife is carefully designed for maximum comfort and maneuverability.
The Gladiator Series serrated paring knife is as pleasing to hold as it is to look at, featuring a perfectly engineered balance with satisfying heft and presence. The hand-polished bolster adds counterweight and offers finger protection, while the triple rivets (with signature Dalstrong center rivet) in the handle ensure the highest level of strength and robustness. Included is a water and stain-resistant, BPA-free protective Dalstrong PerfectFit sheath.
