"This is a fun knife to use. I use it mostly for smaller pieces of meat. Excellent at slicing and able to dice very small, super sharp. The G10 handle make this light and very easy to maneuver. It does cut vegetables very well, but I have a NAKIRI which I prefer for vegetables"
