We ship items out as soon as possible. Orders placed will be processed the same business day that your payment is authorized and verified. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.

Please note that because we coordinate with Amazon’s vast warehouse system, sometimes orders are shipped from different locations resulting in multiple shipments, this may be the case if you have more than 1 item in your order

International orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information. 

Our shipping partner, Web Interpret, calculates International shipping rates based on a variety of factors, including the number of items purchased, the weight of items and dimensions. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for review before order confirmation.

Dalstrong has a lifetime warranty guarantee for our cutlery against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use (dropping, cutting hard surfaces, prying, etc.), improper maintenance, accidents, or loss or theft.

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Examples of improper use, damage or conditions that may void our limited warranty include, but are not limited to, the following; 


Bent/Broken Knife Tip: Knives that are dropped resulting in a damaged knife tip or knife blade (broken, bent, chipped, snapped).  

Broken/Chipped/Snapped Blade: Knives that are used for purposes otherwise stated, or advised against, such as cutting bone, frozen foods, hard-shelled foods (shellfish, coconut, etc), prying, twisting or bending, and cutting on hard surfaces such as marble, glass, ceramic, or granite. 

Wood Handle Issues: Knife handles that are not properly maintained and cared for may deteriorate. Wood handles that have been placed in the dishwasher, left to soak in water, or exposed to high-acidic foods or other harsh chemicals for long periods of time are not covered under this warranty.

Dull Knives:  Knives that are not used or maintained properly in order to retain their edge. Proper and regular use of a honing rod and periodic sharpening with a whetstone are strongly advised to maintain the edge of your knife blade to the factory standard. Knives that are neglected or improperly used, such as cutting bone, frozen foods, hard-shelled foods (shellfish, coconut, etc), prying, twisting or bending, and cutting on hard surfaces such as marble, glass, ceramic, or granite will likely render your blade unusable. 

Rust/Discoloration: Knives or other culinary tools (including cookware) that are crafted of high-carbon steel that are not maintained properly and are left in standing water, soaked in water, exposed to high-acidic foods or other harsh chemicals for long periods of time, not dried immediately after washing, or stored in wet/damp locations will cause steel oxidation. 

This limited lifetime warranty extends to purchases completed through our website, www.Dalstrong.com and Amazon, for which we consider your order ID number proof of purchase. Please retain your order confirmation receipts.
