• Help me! cant make my knife sharp, i have 6 stones 1000/3000, 2000/5000, 3000/8000 but cant make it work! Any help or advises will be appreciate it.

  • Love this channel, can watch him sharpen knives all day. As a chef/Food Service Director/bottle washer, I’m always looking for products that not only function but also have some intrinstic value. I do enjoy a beautiful knife. If I have to cut 20# of zucchini it might as well be while looking at a work of art. I am in large part trying your knives based on what I have seen on his channel. If there is a test greater than “The Brick” its going to be in a quantity food kitchen where beater knives go to die.
